South Park School District is pleased to introduce Mr. Michael Petruzzi as the middle school assistant principal.
Mr. Petruzzi was approved by the South Park School Board of Directors during the August 14, 2023, meeting.
“I am so excited to be joining the South Park Middle School family,” Mr. Petruzzi said. “I look forward to working with the wonderful students, staff, and school community to ensure the success of all students.”
Mr. Petruzzi previously served the Prince William County Public Schools in Woodbridge, Virginia, as the Gar-Field High School assistant principal. Prior to that, he held district roles that included administrative and teaching positions.
A native Western Pennsylvanian, Mr. Petruzzi earned a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, both from California University of Pennsylvania. He also earned an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the Community College of Allegheny County.
