Virtual Attendance Forms

In the event of a temporary school closure due to COVID-19, inclement weather, or other emergency situation, the South Park School District will enact a Virtual Instruction Day for a building, buildings, or the entire district. On virtual instruction days, students are required to complete a virtual attendance form within their building’s designated time period. This process is similar to the attendance reporting process utilized during the 2021-2022 school year.

On a virtual instruction day, high school students must complete the form no earlier than 7 a.m. and no later than 7:30 a.m.

On a virtual instruction day, middle school students must complete the form no earlier than 7:30 a.m. and no later than 8 a.m.

On a virtual instruction day, elementary center students must complete the form no earlier than 8:30 a.m. and no later than 9 a.m.

ON INCLEMENT WEATHER DAYS: High school students must complete the form no earlier than 9 a.m. and no later than 9:30 a.m. Middle school students must complete the form no earlier than 9:30 a.m. and no later than 10 a.m. Elementary center students must complete the form no earlier than 10:30 a.m. and no later than 11 a.m. (Please note these reporting times are adjusted to adhere to a two-hour delay schedule).

Forms submitted before and after this window will not be accepted. The date and time a form is submitted is automatically tracked. This form will not change and will not close, so it is important that students submit their attendance during the listed time window.

Students are to complete the form for their homeroom teacher.
