UPMC is partnering with local school districts to host voluntary COVID-19 vaccination clinics for students (5 years and older). These clinics also offer booster doses to eligible individuals.
Parents/guardians interested in having their children participate in these voluntary clinics are asked to complete this survey (click here) by noon on Monday, November 15, 2021. Details about the upcoming voluntary clinic, which will be held at a South Park school after the school day, will be shared with those families in the coming days.
These clinics are voluntary without any recommendation, direction or coercion from anyone at the South Park School District. It will be facilitated by UPMC and its personnel. Those who register should not attend if they or someone in their household is exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms or if they have been identified as a close contact of someone with COVID-19.
