South Park School District partners with Common Sense Media for Digital Citizenship curriculum that is delivered to students in all of our buildings.  In addition they provide a wealth of resources to parents who are looking for more information about Internet Safety in the home.   On this page, you will find some highlights of Common Sense Media's top resources for helping families have honest and open conversations about the rewards and risks of being online.

Family Media Agreements - These age appropriate documents are a great starting point for conversations at home about internet safety, whether on your own devices, or while using School District equipment.

Sexting Handbook for families with tweens & teens.  This tough topic can be difficult to start a conversation about.  This handbook does a great job outlining what is actually happening, and how to discuss this topic with your child.

Family Activity Sheets - great for parents of elementary children!

Parent Concerns - Read about other parent's concerns and hear from experts.

Media Reviews - Common Sense Media rates movies, tv shows, apps, music and more to help you find engaging, age-appropriate content for your children.
